The coffee shop started out as “Cake & Tea” only, this did not last long though, and slowly but surely a wider variety was demanded for by visitors to Kariba Ranch. Toasted sandwiches and cold drinks were added to the menu, later salads and other light meals like the famous chicken pie.

After a while, functions were added to the list of services and with that, a large variety of dishes. The latest addition to the menu has been the Saturday Breakfast buffet.
